At the ILMS IWLA Scholarship Showcase Webinar you will hear presentations from our 2025 Indiana Lakes Management Society Indiana Watershed Leadership Academy (IWLA) Scholarship winners, Caroline Barth and Bella Foster. Caroline Barth is the Executive Director of Clear Lake Township Land Conservancy and will be presenting about her time attending IWLA as well as the goals of attending the course. Bella Foster is a Water Planner with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and will be presenting her final project for the academy and how it can be used beyond the IWLA course.
