Our annual conference is a great way to meet other lake enthusiasts and water professionals while learning about lake management successes and challenges around the state.  The conference opens Thursday morning with a plenary speaker and offers two tracks of presentations throughout the day.  Thursday evening is our silent auction and banquet where we present our annual awards .  Sessions continue Friday morning with the conference wrapping up at noon.  Past presentation topics have included lake sediment case studies, aquatic plant identification, strategies for collecting water quality data, and panel discussions of water-related legislation.
