The Hoosier Environmental Council is an environmental not-for-profit organization based in Indiana. One of their most important annual tasks is tracking bills going through the Indiana General Assembly looking carefully at how they will impact the state’s air, land, and water. The General Assembly was in session from January through March this year. This presentation will summarize the bills that have the potential to impact Indiana’s lakes, with special emphasis on those that are were enacted.
